Serenity ships all items via Australia Post and occasionally with Sendle.

If you need an item delivered on the same day and are in Metro Melbourne please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

All orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days

Flat Rate  Standard Shipping $12.50 

Express Shipping  $25

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 for postage within Australia only 

'Click & Collect' / Store Pick Up

Pick up is from our Carnegie store only, 115 Koornang Road Carnegie during opening hours.

You can select 'Pick Up In-Store' at no cost.

We will advise when your items are ready for collection via email. 

Returns

We offer a credit note or exchange on returned items in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging intact within 14 days of receiving your order. 

To return or exchange an item, please send us a message via our online contact form.  Please include your order number and purchase date.

Returned items must be in original state and not be been worn, washed or damaged.

All items for return must be assessed in store or images emailed to us, before an exchange or credit note is issued.

Due to health and hygiene regulations earrings and jewellery cannot be returned for exchange or credit note.

We do not accept, exchange or refund items for general wear and tear or miss-use, our team will assess each return individually. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We are not responsible for lost returned packages. 

Sale and promotional discounted items cannot be sent back for exchange or credit note.
