Returns

We offer a credit note or exchange on returned items in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging intact within 14 days of receiving your order. 

To return or exchange an item, please send us a message via our online contact form.  Please include your order number and purchase date.

Returned items must be in original state and not be been worn, washed or damaged.

All items for return must be assessed in store or images emailed to us, before an exchange or credit note is issued.

Due to health and hygiene regulations earrings and jewellery cannot be returned for exchange or credit note.

We do not accept, exchange or refund items for general wear and tear or miss-use, our team will assess each return individually. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We are not responsible for lost returned packages. 

Sale and promotional discounted items cannot be sent back for exchange or credit note.
